Duration: 11+Months

Details of Position:
The candidate will be required to interact with project managers and project teams,as well as work independently within the Integration development group.
Candidate must be proficient at creating documentation of their work.
Candidate must be able to work independently and self-motivated.

Management Skills:
Candidate must have working knowledge of the IBM WTX 8.3 software using the Map Designer, Integration Flow Designer and Type Tree builder.
Knowledge of Mercator 6.7, Datastage 7.5 and IBM WTX version 8.1 would be an advantage.
Previous experience with Gentran 5.2 or 6.1 using Visual Mapper and Application Integrator would be a plus.
The successful candidate will have experience integrating Mercator, WTX and databases, preferably Oracle. EDI X12, EDIFACT, XML knowledge and must be familiar with Linux.
Familiarity with RosettaNet PIP structure would be an added advantage.

Develop and execute marketing and social media strategies that create brand awareness, generate online channel traffic and support all TrueBridge Resource offices.

Responsibilities
Planning, directing and coordinating the marketing and social media strategy of TrueBridge Resources by performing the following duties:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop annual marketing and social media plan in conjunction with PR agency, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives and detail activities to follow throughout the fiscal year
  • Evaluate market conditions and competitor data, and adjust the marketing plan as needed to ensure that collateral and other communications reflect the brand appropriately
  • Develop and execute marketing goals and programs, both short and long range
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs; analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
  • Track marketing campaigns, prepare post campaign analysis reports and make recommendations to concurrent programs for increased success
  • Communicate with PR agency on ongoing campaigns
  • Deliver all marketing activity within approved budget; to include project budgeting, expense control and reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly marketing status reports
  • Marketing & Communications

  • Handle logistics for corporate office marketing events, and other regional offices as needed.
  • Work with internal teams in developing case studies, references and testimonials
  • Regularly update marketing collateral and brochure ware

Content & Social Media

  • Implement the social media strategy and coordinate with stakeholders across TrueBridge Resources to ensure its effectiveness. Encourage adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s services.
  • Work with recruiting team on candidate sourcing strategies related to social media and traditional job boards
  • Maintain TBR blog calendar, solicit ideas from different offices, and write/edit blog posts
  • Provide content for any TBR branded on-line and off-line channels
  • Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing, community outreach efforts, subscriber base growth, etc.
  • Manage presence in social networking sites including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs and seeding content into social applications as needed
  • Work with the TBR Social Media Team to ensure input and buy-in on activities company wide
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
  • Analyze TBR web site to improve SEO results
  • Work with web designer to update TrueBridge Resources website as needed
  • Oversee internal messaging and serve as content source for The Bridge, the company’s intranet

Skills and Requirements

  • 4-6 years proven experience in B2B services sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, and Excel) is required; knowledge of SharePoint a plus
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, dynamics and requirements as it relates to positioning a company to its audiences
  • Effective project management skills
  • High degree of professionalism and judgment
  • Understanding of latest technologies and knowledge of how to apply them in marketing and social media
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
